About

A studio built around the board, not the highlight reel

MarketPush is a performance marketing and market-expansion studio headquartered on Parker Street, in East Vancouver's creative-studio district. We work with B2B and consumer teams across the Canadian market and North America who need an honest read on a market before committing further budget.

Why a board-first studio

Most marketing agencies are built to fill a content calendar. We are built to keep a market board honest.

A general marketing retainer optimises for a steady drumbeat of content across a year. Market expansion and performance work are a different problem: a live cohort, a moving cost curve, and a much higher cost of trusting a metric that is quietly going stale. MarketPush was set up specifically to run that problem well — market briefing, audience cohort work and media orchestration for the weeks immediately around a performance wave, run by senior strategists who have sat through enough learning-board reviews to know where a number usually goes wrong first.

We still support clients between pushes through an always-on market retainer, largely to keep an audience cohort map current and pulse measurement running — but the studio's core discipline, and the reason clients come to us specifically, is the board ritual itself: brief, test, push, learn, on repeat.

How the team works

Small senior team, AI-assisted drafting, human-owned call

MarketPush runs with a deliberately small team of senior strategists rather than a large account-management layer. Each engagement is led by someone who has run a market briefing sprint, built an audience cohort map and sat through a signal-to-noise review under real budget pressure — not a generalist coordinating specialists they have never watched work.

Generative AI is part of daily practice here: AI research briefs, AI copy development for first-pass drafts, AI variant testing across a cohort, and AI-assisted media notes on channel pacing. None of that output reaches a client or a cohort without passing through a human-owned call. We think of this as responsible AI in marketing — not avoiding the tools, but being explicit about where judgment still has to sit with a person.

Where we sit

Parker Street, East Vancouver — and a Canadian focus

The studio address matters more than a logo on a page. Being based in East Vancouver puts us close to a wide mix of Vancouver-based product, retail and B2B teams, and being a Canadian studio shapes how we think about consent, data handling and client communication under PIPEDA and BC's own privacy legislation.

Vancouver and Toronto clients

Most of our current client base sits in Vancouver and Toronto, spanning B2B software, consumer retail and a handful of scale-ups expanding a proven product into a second Canadian market.

North American reach

A growing share of engagements involve a market expansion sprint from Canada into the broader North American market, which changes audience research and media orchestration in ways we plan for explicitly.

What we will not claim

Honesty about limits, on purpose

A studio that specialises in market boards still cannot promise a specific outcome for your market. We are upfront with prospective clients about a few recurring realities:

Platforms change

Algorithmic reach and ad costs move independently of anything we do, which affects media orchestration from one quarter to the next.

Creative fatigue is real

The same variant test cell loses effectiveness with repetition, which is why a creative fatigue check and iteration are part of the core service, not an add-on.

Seasonality matters

A push timed against a holiday period, a fiscal year-end or a competitor's own campaign behaves differently, and we say so during discovery rather than after the fact.
