Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 July 2026
1. What these terms cover
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set the ground rules for browsing the marketpush.life website and, once a statement of work or proposal has been signed, for the engagement of MarketPush Inc. ("MarketPush," "we," "us" or "our") to run marketing strategy, creative direction, campaign planning and related market-expansion work. Loading this website or asking us to start an engagement means you are accepting these Terms as written. If that is not something you are comfortable with, the site and our services are not the right fit — please stop here.
2. About MarketPush and our branding
MarketPush Inc. is a Canadian-incorporated marketing agency, based out of 1000 Parker Street, Suite 118, Vancouver, BC V6A 2H2, Canada, carrying Business Number 592618374 RC0001. Our work spans market briefing and performance discovery, audience cohort and insight systems, media planning and channel orchestration, creative testing and variant programmes, measurement and learning-board services, and always-on market retainer and expansion support — in short, a marketing services business, nothing more exotic. The ".life" element of our domain name and the word "market" in our brand are used purely as branding and refer to go-to-market and in-market activity; they are not a claim to operate a lifestyle, wellness or personal-development brand, and "market" does not refer to, and MarketPush does not operate, a stock exchange, a cryptocurrency exchange, or any securities- or asset-trading marketplace. We are not a software-as-a-service provider, a course or training product, a financial advisory firm, or a bot, fake-engagement or automated-follower service, and nothing on this website should be interpreted as an offer of any of those.
3. Use of this website
This website is made available for browsing and for submitting genuine enquiries through our contact form. In using it, you agree that you will not: run scrapers, crawlers or other automated tools against the site outside normal search-engine indexing; enter false, deceptive or harmful content into the contact form, including code injection attempts or probes aimed at the honeypot field we use to filter spam; try to bypass access controls or otherwise reach parts of the site or its underlying systems that are not intended for public use; or put the site to any use that breaches Canadian or provincial law. Where we have reasonable grounds to believe a visitor or system is misusing the site, we may restrict or block further access from that source.
4. Nature of marketing services — no guarantees
Performance campaigns and market-expansion work carry real uncertainty by nature. Engaging MarketPush means accepting a handful of plain facts about what we can and cannot promise:
- No fixed market share, sales figure, revenue number, follower count, engagement rate, press coverage, traffic level or return on investment comes attached to any push, campaign or service we run.
- Nothing we build is promised to go viral or to reach any particular audience size — reach is an outcome we work toward, not a deliverable we can hand over on request.
- Numbers you see on this site, in a proposal or in a report are planning estimates unless a statement of work spells one out, in writing, as an actual contractual commitment — something we would flag clearly if it ever happened.
- Plenty sits outside our control and still shapes results: algorithm shifts, ad-cost swings, what a competitor does next, the time of year, how fast creative wears out, the broader economy, and how audiences simply behave. None of that is ours to guarantee.
- Anything we describe from past work — on the work page, in a case study, in conversation — illustrates how we approached a problem. It is not a preview of what your engagement will produce.
5. Use of artificial intelligence in service delivery
Generative AI shows up throughout how we work: pulling together research, producing a first pass at copy, generating creative variants for testing, and helping read analytics. None of that output goes anywhere near a client, a channel or a cohort until a qualified human strategist has reviewed, edited and signed off on it — internally we just call this step the human-owned call. Working this way is our default across engagements unless a specific agreement says otherwise, and using AI at the drafting stage never reduces our accountability for whatever we eventually deliver.
6. Client engagements and statements of work
The particular services, deliverables, schedule, fees and payment arrangement for each engagement live in a separate proposal or statement of work that both sides sign or otherwise accept. These Terms sit alongside that document rather than replacing it — a signed statement of work can set its own specific terms for a given engagement, and where its wording differs from these Terms, the statement of work is what applies for that engagement.
7. Fees and payment
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, fees are quoted and invoiced in Canadian dollars, with the specific amounts and milestones recorded in the relevant proposal or statement of work. Our usual practice is a deposit before discovery begins, then further invoices tied to project milestones, or a standing monthly charge for retainer clients. If an account falls behind, we may pause active work until it is brought current. The dollar ranges shown on the services page are starting points for planning purposes only, not fixed quotes — actual pricing is confirmed once we understand scope through a market brief call and discovery.
8. Intellectual property
Once a deliverable is paid for in full, and unless a statement of work says something different, the finished creative assets, cohort documentation and strategy write-ups become the client's to use for the market or campaign they were built for. What stays with MarketPush is the underlying method — our board ritual process, the learning-board template structure, and any other frameworks or tools we brought to the table before the engagement started. Separately, we may keep anonymised, non-identifying summaries of an engagement for our own reference and, where a client agrees, turn one into an illustrative case study like the ones on our work page.
9. Confidentiality
Anything non-public that either side learns about the other in the course of an engagement — unreleased product plans, expansion timelines, pricing, or strategic thinking — is to be treated as confidential and used only for that engagement's purposes. This holds even after the engagement wraps up. If a separate non-disclosure agreement has been signed for a given relationship, that agreement's specific terms apply alongside this section.
10. Limitation of liability
Where the law allows it, our exposure for any claim connected to an engagement or to your use of this website is capped at the fees you actually paid us for the engagement that gave rise to the claim, measured over the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not on the hook for indirect, incidental or consequential losses — lost profits or missed business opportunities included — even where we were warned such losses were possible. None of this cap applies to liability that British Columbia or federal Canadian law does not permit us to limit.
11. Ending an engagement
An active engagement can be wound down by either side, following whatever notice period the statement of work sets out, or thirty days' written notice if the document is silent on the point. Ending an engagement does not erase the client's obligation to pay for work already completed and deliverables already handed over. On our side, we can pause or end services right away if an account goes unpaid or a client materially breaches these Terms.
12. Lawful use only
We take on marketing, branding and market-expansion work that is lawful, full stop. If we reasonably suspect an engagement involves unlawful conduct, deceptive marketing, bot or fake-engagement tactics, or content that breaches advertising or consumer-protection rules in Canada or in the client's target market, we can turn the engagement down before it starts or step away from it partway through.
13. No trading, investment or lifestyle services
For clarity, and notwithstanding any interpretation of our domain name or brand name: MarketPush does not provide investment advice, does not operate a trading platform or marketplace for securities, currencies or crypto-assets, and does not offer lifestyle coaching, wellness services, or "get rich" or income-replacement programmes of any kind. Any resemblance between our branding and terminology used in those industries is coincidental to naming choice, not descriptive of our services. Clients seeking financial, investment or lifestyle-coaching services should seek a professional licensed in that field.
14. Not a substitute for professional advice
What we sell is marketing strategy, creative direction and campaign delivery — not legal, tax, accounting or investment counsel. If a client needs advice in one of those areas, that is a conversation for a licensed professional in that field, not for us. Nothing published on this site or said in a meeting should be treated as financial advice, and nothing here is an invitation to buy, sell or hold any security, currency or other investment.
15. Governing law
British Columbia law, together with the federal law of Canada that applies within the province, governs these Terms, and we do not apply conflict-of-law rules that would point somewhere else. Any legal dispute arising from these Terms belongs in the courts sitting in Vancouver, British Columbia, and both parties accept that as the exclusive venue.
16. Updates to these terms
These Terms may be revised periodically as our services or the law around them change. Whatever date sits at the top of this page under "last updated" tells you when that last happened. If you keep using the site after a revision goes live, that counts as accepting the new version; for clients already under a signed statement of work, we will talk through any change that materially affects that document rather than simply posting it and moving on.
