FAQ

Questions we hear before a market brief

Starting with the one we get asked most directly, and working through pricing, timelines, AI use and what happens after a push goes live.

No, to all four. MarketPush is a B2B performance marketing and market-expansion studio — nothing more exotic than that. The .life in our domain is branding only, chosen for the name, not a claim about wellness, lifestyle coaching or personal-finance content. "Market" in our name refers to go-to-market and in-market work — a market brief, a market board, a market expansion sprint — not a stock, crypto or asset-trading marketplace, and we hold no position on, and offer no advice about, any security or investment.

We are not a bot network, a fake-engagement vendor, or a "get rich with AI" course. We do use generative AI internally — for AI research briefs, AI copy development drafts and AI variant testing — but every AI-assisted campaign draft goes through a human-owned call before it reaches a client or an audience cohort. We do not sell that AI tooling as a product, we do not inflate followers or engagement artificially, and we do not offer courses teaching others to do either.

Finally, we do not guarantee a specific market share, follower count or return on investment for any engagement. No marketing studio can responsibly promise those outcomes — audience behaviour, platform algorithms and category conditions all move independently of any single campaign. What we do promise is a rigorously planned, orchestrated push and an honest read on results afterward.

It depends on scope. A single learning board review starts around CAD 2,300, while a full board ritual covering market briefing, audience cohorts, creative testing and media orchestration typically runs from CAD 16,000 upward depending on the number of channels and cohorts involved. See the services page for indicative ranges on each component, and treat a market brief call as the fastest way to a real number for your specific market.

AI marketing tools do a meaningful share of the first-pass work: research synthesis, AI audience insights from public review and forum data, draft copy variants, and AI analytics on early campaign data. None of that output is client-ready as delivered. A senior strategist edits, cuts, rewrites or discards AI drafts before anything ships — that human-in-the-loop AI step is not optional, and it is why we can stand behind the language and claims in a live campaign.

For a full board ritual, we generally recommend at least six to ten weeks from a locked market brief to a first learning board review, to allow discovery, an audience cohort map, a variant test cell and at least one media orchestration cycle without compressing quality. Shorter runways are possible for narrower services, like a standalone learning board on an existing campaign, which can sometimes turn around in one to two weeks. We will tell you plainly during a market brief call if a timeline looks too tight to do well.

Most of our client base is Canadian, concentrated in Vancouver and Toronto, but we regularly support market expansion sprints into the wider North American market, and we can work with teams based outside Canada whose target audience sits in the Canadian market. Discovery and audience cohort work adjust accordingly — a push aimed at Canadian buyers is planned differently than one aimed primarily at a U.S. audience.

It happens, and the board ritual is partly built for that scenario: a signal-to-noise review flags underperformance early, and go/no-go thresholds are agreed before a push goes live so nobody is negotiating the definition of "underperforming" mid-campaign. On the learning board, we document honestly what worked and what did not, rather than reframing a soft result as a hidden win. Marketing carries real uncertainty, and we would rather set that expectation early than manage it after the fact.

Yes. A number of our engagements are scoped narrowly — a learning board, media orchestration, or a creative fatigue check — specifically because a client already has brand strategy and content direction handled in-house or by another marketing agency and wants a performance specialist layered on top for the piece that matters most. Alignment with an existing team is part of that scope, not an afterthought.
